Yes, I am still showing off my new Rosie's Roadshow stamps. I can't help it. I absolutely adore them and Rhoda? Well, she IS a hot mess!!! LOL Her bunny slippers really throw me over the edge. I have to tell you, I am sitting here cracking up over her. I just look at her, smile and start giggling. I LOVE THAT!!!

So, uh, what are you all up to today? Anything exciting? I have to run to Walgreen's here in a couple of minutes and then drop my movies off at Blockbuster. But when I get back? MORE STAMPING!! A LOT MORE STAMPING!! YEAH!!

Are you having a nice, relaxing weekend? I sure hope so! Mine has been PACKED full of running around. I also had to do some workshare files this morning (YUCK!) but they are all done and outta the way, YEAH!!! So now? Now it is all about spending time with my man (see below) and enjoying some quality stamping in between loads of laundry. WOOT! WOOT!!!

Such a handsome guy (if I do say so myself!!)... heehee

I think I mentioned the other day that I have been playing with my NEW Rosie's Roadshow stamps, right? RIGHT! Well, here is a card using the most ADORABLE dog stamp EVER...

Peeps, meet Duke, Duke, meet the Peeps... LOL Is he the cutest thing EVER?? Oh my goodness, I am IN LOVE WITH HIM!! And did you know, my Sis has a dog named DUKE??? HOW COOL IS THAT??? :)

How bout that little dog bone? Do you know how long it took me to stamp all those little guys? A LONG TIME!! And I had to make sure they were evenly spaced and blah, blah, blah!! LOL

Fun card though, if I can just toot my own horn for a second. LOLOL

Just some random stuff on my mind...

1. Watching one of my favorite shows right now... "So You Think You Can Dance?" Wondering what the heck they were thinking bringing Comfort back but hey, not my show, not my decision...sigh...

2. Was driving to work this morning and was listening to my favorite morning show and I looked over at this guy driving in a truck. What's so special about that? Well, he TOTALLY made me smile! He had a cigarette in his right hand (don't care for smoking but hey, whatever works for you), coffee in the other and steering all at the same time. I know, no biggie but what really got me? He had the biggest, I mean BIGGEST smile on his face. I don't know if it was what he was listening to, or if he was having happy thoughts or what, but it was completely CONTAGIOUS! I smiled all the way to work just thinking about him.
Yep, smiling now...

3. Have I told you lately that I miss my camera? Yep...serious withdrawals over here. Especially since I have cards to share...sigh...

4. Ummm, let's see...did I tell you that Johanna is making my owl sketches into stamps? Oh YESSSSSSSS! I am BEYOND excited about this!! And not only is she making the 6 owls that I entered in her OWL WEEK contest (you can see them HERE) but she is going to make my other owl sketches into stamps too!!! WOOT! WOOT!!!! Hey, I may not be published YET but how many people can say they had their own sketches made into STAMPS!!!! WOOHOO!!! So...on that note...GO BUY THEM!!! LOL Well, as soon as she has them posted. heehee

<---- yes, that is me clapping for myself!! LOL

5. So are my thoughts random enough for you? LOL

6. I need to lose weight. Yep, I think it is time to bite the bullet and get the weight loss party started. I am ready. I am not going to put it off anymore. I am just going to DO IT!!

7. I am TOTALLY frustrated with my work AGAIN!! I was informed by management that I now need to do a job that a. I have absolutely NO INTEREST IN!! b. I never wanted to do it in the FIRST PLACE!!! and c. I am PISSED! URGH!!! I will get over it...maybe a job change is needed...hmmmm... things to think about...

8. Have I told you that it is BLOODY HOT HERE??? Goodness, it is CRAZY HOT! Plus, with the monsoons it is STICKY! YUCK!!!

9. I want see that movie "Space Chimps." By golly, the previews just CRACK ME UP!! LOL

10. Hmmm...I can't think of a #10 right now...maybe tomorrow...LOL

Alright, I think that's a wrap. I am going to go check the status of my camera and then I think I am going to hit the sack. Have a happy Peeps!

And I have the CUTEST card to show you BUT my scanner is distorting the colors AND my little point & shoot is blurring the image! I am TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!!! I NEED MY CAMERA BACK!!! I NEED IT NOW!!! Yes, I am  SHOUTING!!! That is how upset I am. Sigh...sob, sob...

I just can't post a crappy picture...I'm sorry...I guess my cards will just have to wait until I get my camera back from the Doctor. Such a disappointment...

Every time I have to sit in a meeting (which is every day this week) I start doodling and BAM! more owls appear. I don't know what I am going to do. I need to start drawing something else I think. LOL

Ahhhhh...to be home... :)

It's a good thing and a sad thing all at the same time. I know you all know what I am talking about...

I love, love, love MONTANA!! Definitely my favorite place EVER! But this past week? Dang it, it was so hard for me...emotionally. My Papa is getting old. All I want for him is to be happy and feel loved. I want him to know that his family only wants the best for him. He is my last grandparent alive. You would want that for your grandparent(s) too, wouldn't you? Needless to say, there is some  "stuff" going on within the family and I think there are some (okay, mainly one) that are losing track of who the focus should really be on. THAT is totally FRUSTRATING to me. So, so, frustrating...

Anywho, it makes for a very emotional, stressful vacation. And even though I thoroughly enjoy spending time with my family, it makes it hard to enjoy our time together. Know what I mean? Sigh...maybe next year will be better? I sure hope so...

Okay, so enough of my personal baggage, I am sure you all don't want to hear bout that! :)

As you can guess it was a TCP swap. I was late as usual. (Note to Peeps: don't ever ask me to participate in a swap unless you are okay with mine being late!! I am notorious for this! LOL) Thank goodness Linda is my friend and didn't yell at me for holding it up. HeeHee (Thanks Linda!!!) She is such a sweetheart! Love her! xoxo

Ummm, so how do you like my frog that my Sis gave me? How awesome is THAT? Oh my goodness, I was sooooo EXCITED!! She even gave me a rectangle one! LOVE IT! And I love how it holds up the ATC so perfect. Oh! Sorry for the poopy picture taking. My camera has a BIG owie and is being sent to the Doctor to be fixed. Keeping my fingers crossed that it won't take that long. I can't live without it!! Needless to say I am having to use my ole point & shoot and am finding it VERY challenging to take photos right now.

Speaking of photos, this was the last one I was able to take while on vacation in Montana:

Isn't that beautiful? Sigh... love how the fog is just hanging there in the trees. We had a thunder storm that afternoon and then it started to warm up in the evening thus causing the fog. Some of it could be the smoke from all the fireworks; but mainly it was fog. Definitely one of the coolest pics I have ever taken. Thank goodness my sweet baby camera was able to hold out for one more pic! LOL

Totally different topic...so remember when I told you I was going to redo the ole blog? Well, I hired someone and made the mistake of paying upfront. (Note to Peeps...NEVER PAY UPFRONT!!!) Well, four months later: no new blog design and no communication (in the last two months) from the person who was supposedly working on it. I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am. The reason I am telling you this is because you are probably going to be seeing different things over the next couple of months until I find something that I am happy with. Nothing is permanent right now. Just feeling/checking some things out. Ya know? Thanks for being so understanding.

TCP Tuesday!!! - Color Challenge

And Leigh, the little Vixen, is standing in for Toni who if off playing & stamping in CA right now with a bunch of her Peeps! HOW COULD SHE??? How could she leave us like that? LOL Seriously though, I hope she is having a GREAT time! I miss her though, don't you? :)

Anywho, Leigh, came up with this color challenge...

Who resist playing with those FAB colors?? I mean...HELLO!!! So this morning at o'dark thirty (something like 3:40am) I couldn't sleep (too much on my mind) I decided to get up and stamp. It does a body good to start your day off with a little stamping, don't you think? I do!

Anywho, this is what I came up with:

I had another one of those wonderful die cut cards from Creative Cuts & More in the RIGHT color and whipped this little ditty up. LOVE IT! Just wish I would have waited to stamp the sentiment until the very end cause I think I would have put it ABOVE the ribbon and not below the cut out circles. It would have looked MUCH better if I do say so myself. Still happy with it though! :)

Anywho, I need to hit the shower and put on my prom dress for work. Hope you all have a FAB day!

Okay, so Uncle Robert found him first but I saw him today!! I went to pull out the pool filter basket out, you know,  to clean it and BAM!!! This little guy was in there! Can you believe it? Oh my goodness, he scared the bee-gee-zees out of me! I was not expecting him. And did your Uncle Robert tell me he was in there? NOOOOOOO!!! What a turd, huh? Yah, don't I know it!

So what do you think? Should I bring him to Montana for you??? I am sure your Mom wouldn't mind. I mean, he's just a little guy and all...heehee

So Chase, do you know what kind of snake this is??? I expect you to know the next time I talk to you, okay? And as for cleaning the pool filter? That will have to wait for another day....LOL

What a cute tea cup! And you can easily make it into a coffee cup by omitting the tea bag. Coffee, coffee, coffee!! LOL I know some of you Peeps know what I am talking about! :)

How bout my red swirl? You like that? It is my swirl border from Sizzix. SOOOOOO COOL!!! I highlighted it with my Sakura Glitter pen although you can't see it very well. My picture taking is less than perfect today...sigh...hopefully it will be better tomorrow! :)
