Have you ever had a Cappucino Bon Bon? No? Oh my goodness, they are DELICIOUS!! My sis, Pancho, makes them they best! Hint, Hint Pancho!! haha

Early morning post...

This saying totally cracks me up! I am not a big drinker, in fact, I have only had a Martini a couple of times but when I saw this saying as well as the martini stamp I knew I had to have it! But then, doesn't every stamper need EVERY stamp?? hahaha

Alright, off to start some laundry. Time to get my Sunday routine started and then hopefully I will be at my stamp desk again later this morning, YEAH!! Ü

Have a Happy Sunday Everyone!!

Amazing stamp day!!

Yeppers! That is what happened yesterday. I took the day off from work and headed over to my girl Dana's house for an ALL day stamping get together. We started out going to an AWESOME ribbon store where I quickly purchased some FAB ribbon, see for yourself:

Aren't those colors luscious? I was like a kid in a candy store. There was so much more that I wanted to buy but I was trying REALLY HARD to practice self - control!! LOL

Anywho, I did make 6 different card designs (and yes, I made two of each design Ü). It was a very productive day for me. Well, it would have been more productive had I shown up on time (I was about an hour and a half late) but I wanted to get my house clean so that I didn't have to do it today or tomorrow. You know, had to free up my weekend to stamp even more!! Ü

So here is one of the cards I made:

Stamps: Big Blossom (SAB), Big Pieces, Flower Factory (retired), Seeing Spots, Everyday Flexible Phrases and Small Script

Cardstock: Chocolate Chip, Rose Red, Old Olive and Whisper White

Ink: Chocolate Chip, Rose Red, Old Olive and More Mustard

Misc: Brads and some of my new FAB ribbon!! Ü

Crikey, look at the time, I better hit the sack. Make sure you check back tomorrow for another one of my cards.

Toodles Peeps!! Ü

My version...

So I shared my friend Dana's card the other day, you know, the one with the Big Pieces stamp set? Well her friend Jackie sent me the SAME card!! Too funny! Of course Jackie had to put her own swing on things so here is her card:

So the more I looked at their cards the more I kept thinking I needed to make my own version of it, this is what I came up with:

I think the ribbon is too much but for the most part I like it. I especially like the color combo.

Stamp sets: Big Pieces, Little Pieces, One the Spot BG

Cardstock: Rose Red, Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery and Vanilla

Ink: Chocolate Chip, Rose Red, Certainly Celery

Misc: Cuttlebug Embossing Plate, Brads and Micheals Ribbon

I am off to bed, enjoy your evening!! Ü

Hippie Chick!

Wanted to do a quick post before hubby and I run out the door to do our running around today. Are your Saturdays as busy as mine? Geez, there are times when I hope I can just get a minute to catch my breath before running onto the next thing. Clean, laundry, shopping, clean some more... I honestly think Corporate America should start having THREE day weekends!!

Okay, okay, back to stamping... first thing I want to share is this cute card my friend Dana sent me. She is obsessed with SU!'s Big Pieces, the Giga Scalloped Circle Punch and this totally rockin' embossing folder from Cuttlebug...

Cute card, huh? I think so!!

Now for my quick creation that I snuck out of bed to work on last night... Ü Yes, I admit, I wait til hubby goes to sleep and then I jump out of bed and race for the stamp room. I know, I have a problem... BUT I had to play with my new QK funky chicken dies and Uptown Girl alpha dies!!!

Stamps: Best of Cluck, Chicken Wire BG

Cardstock: True Thyme, Ruby Red, Vanilla, Summer Sun

Ink: Close to Cocoa, Chocolate Chip, True Thyme

Misc: Brads, QK Uptown Girl Alpha, QK Funky Chicken, CK Marker Font

Enjoy! And have a super Saturday!! Ü
