I love Jenmarie's Umbrella Owl from Odd Bird Planet. He/she is so stinkin' cute! I am also loving these super easy cards from Creative Cuts & More. And this color? Oh mama! It is bold, bright & beautiful!!

On to other stuff... today is my Happy Birthday. I just turned 38. I have grey hair. I have no kids so why in the world do I have grey hair? I think it is my husband. I think it is because I work too much and don't stamp enough. I think it is time for some changes around here. And that's THAT! LOL

My base card is from Creative Cuts & More. All I did was slap a piece of white behind the circles and BAM! instant card. Fun, fun, FUN!!! Did you notice I am still on my Halloween kick? I just can't seem to get enough of it. I just hope these cards make it in the mail. LOL

I love this new stamp of Sprinkle as a Mermaid. What a FIN-tastic idea!! Where Alma @ The Cat's Pajamas comes up with these images is beyond me. It keeps me coming back for more, I can tell you that much! LOL

 

This is going to be a super quick post as I have a TON of stuff to do today. The house needs to be cleaned, laundry to be done AND I am making crock pot lasagna. MMMMMmmmm...I can taste it already.

Better latte than never, right?

RIGHT! You guys know I have an obsession with coffee, right? Well, when I saw the new My Favorite Things stamp set "Coffee? Tea?" I knew it must be mine. As should ALL stamps related to coffee. Seriously. I am not kidding about this...LOL

 

How bout' them bright colors? Aren't they fancy? Love it! It's like... BAM! Here I am!! LOL

That FUN ribbon is from The Cat's Pajamas as well as the button. Did you know that TCP has embellishments now? They DO!! Tell me, why does all the really cool stuff come out (aside from the uber cool stamps!) after I get released??? Sheesh! LOLOL

So back to the card, yes, yes, I am still using Cool Caribbean. C'mon, that really was one of the BEST colors SU! ever came out with. You know it, I know it, they know it... I am just sayin' that they should have kept it around, that's all I am sayin'...

Well, well, well...

my shoes were a bigger hit than my TCP whale card from the other day...who knew? LOL

So how about this card...what do you think of it? Aren't those buttons fun? I love this set from Papertrey Ink. I had to borrow my friend Dana's set on Monday, but never fear, my set arrived TODAY YESTERDAY!! YEAH!! Yes, it is true, I rcv'd a box o'goodies from Papertrey today yesterday. It's almost like Christmas!! (Don't you hate it when you pre-post to your blog and then find mistakes??? YIKES!)

 

While over at Dana's I did discover that I missed out on ordering a few sets. I definitely need that handwritten notes set and some of their luscious buttons. It's all Dana's fault that I need these things. She buys EVERYTHING that PTI puts out (or at least it seems like it...hahahaha) and then FORCES me to go and buy the same stuff. What a great friend, huh? Yeah, I know...LOL

Anywho, hope you enjoy this card. If not, it's okay, I will try again in a couple of days...LOL

Keens that is? Oh my, they are so comfy!! I probably wear Birks 95% of the year but these are becoming a fast favorite! My Sis and I got matching shoes (hers are green) when we were in Montana. Twins seperated at birth I tell ya! LOL

What to share, what to share...

Well, I think I am going to go with The Cat's Pajamas this morning. My TCP stamps were feeling neglected so I thought I would show them some love. Don't get me wrong. I have been itchin' to play with them but just haven't had the time. Too many other things going on. You know, everyday life things. And when life gets in the way, stamps get dusty, that's just how it is. Just keepin' it real people...LOL

 

You have to admit, this little whale guy is cute! Who wouldn't want to make a splash with him? Just sayin...LOL

Since I am SUPPOSED to be getting ready for work instead of blogging, I guess I better hit the road, eh? Hope you all have a super short week. I know I am DEFINITELY looking forward to a 4 day work week, YEAH!

P.S. This past Sunday was my 3 year Blogaversary, can you believe it? Crazy, just crazy I tell ya! :)

I'll take one in every color...

That's how I am when I find something I like. It doesn't matter if it is clothes, shoes, friends, family, whatever...just give me one in every color. LOL

 

Yes, I used my favorite paper again...Daydreams by K & Company. YEAH!

Did I tell you I was able to find one more pack of it? Oh man, did that ever make my day! That and the fact it was on clearance for $9.99...uh huh, that's what I am talking about folks! LOL

For this card I inked up my wellies stamp from Rosie's Roadshow and then water-colored them with a water-brush and re-inker. Easy peasy people. I like that in a card!

And just for giggles, here is a pic of my friend Eliza and I when I was up in Montana...

We were laughing so hard that I darn near pee'd my pants! I had to run to the bathroom so fast it wasn't even funny! LOL

Man, just looking at this picture cracks me up. Wanna know something else? This girl is what I call my forever friend. It doesn't matter how long we are apart... we always, I mean ALWAYS, pick up right where we left off. I love that. I love her. I am so thankful to have her in my life.
