Havin' a Hootin' Good Time!

Hubby & I have already been out to get some coffee & breakfast and are now sitting on the couch catching up on Criminal Minds & Bones. As soon as Bones is over I am headed to the office for a little stamp time. YES! It feels so good to enjoy stamping again. I feel so inspired. Just wish I had my Sis and Dana here stamping with me.

So far, my weekend has been very relaxing! I even did some stamping yesterday...WOOT! WOOT! I still have some laundry to finish today but other than that? I am FREE!! YEAH!!!

I made this card with the What a Hoot stamp set from Hero Arts. The fab die cut card is from Creative Cuts & More made out of my FAVE Bazzill Textured Cardstock. YUMMY! LOL

Happy Hump Day!

It's already the middle of the week. Can you believe it? Time is flying. FAST. Before you know it, it will be 2010. Before you know, I am going to be 39...then 40.  Yikes! I don't know if I am ready for 40. Not that 40 is old. I actually think it is the new 20, don't you? I knew you would agree with me. LOL

Am I babbling again? Sorry. My mind is running crazy right now. UGH! I think I will just shut my pie hole and flash you another card. LOL

 

While I was over at Dana's I had a chance to play with some of her Hero Arts owls. Oh my word, this little guy is so CUTE! And these colors? I would NEVER, EVER have thought to put them together and yet... I LOVE THEM! That BG paper really makes the card. OH! Did you see what I did with the button? I didn't have any thin ribbon so I cut a tiny strip of paper and used it like ribbon. So happy with how that turned out. But enough about me and my card. LOL 

I am off to get ready for work. Hope the rest of your work week goes by super fast!

So I am still waiting for all of your owl posts... I have been going to SCS is get my fix on. Hello PEEPS, are you out there????? Knock, knock, anyone home? Sigh...waiting...waiting...getting IMPATIENT!!! LOL

Alrighty then, well, me and my main Peep (such a little hottie) are outta here. We have to get to bed and drag our butts to work tomorrow. Well, I do, he doesn't. Life of an owl, eh? Ahhhh, to be so lucky!

Well, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I made a card especially for YOU!

Round cards are so much FUN! But what a pain to photograph! LOL

I was trying to help my friend Dana use up some of her 50 million packs of Cool Caribbean that she bought before SU! retired the color. Personally, I think they should have just added the color to their standard colors but that's just my opinion. I feel that way about Buckaroo Blue, Groovy Guava and Wild Wasabi too!  :)

Anywho, what are you plans this weekend? I have to clean the house as soon as I am done with this post and then I have to start working on some files that I brought home. Busy, busy, BUSY weekend for me!! What's new though, right? RIGHT!

Oh my goodness, did you guys see my Sis's post from yesterday? I can't believe it. You should have seen the mess her yard was the last time I was there. LOL I am only saying this because, well, she is so busy between home schooling, running around with errands, field trips, family trips, doing for others, etc that she just doesn't have time for a back yard let alone transform it. I mean, CRIKEY, the girl is AMAZING. I am so proud of her, she did a wonderful job. She makes my heart swell. Rock on with your bad self Pancho!! :)
