11:01pm and she pulls out a post!

I don't know about you but that is friggin' amazing! Especially for me!! LOL

I was determined to make a card tonight. I don't know what caused me to get all worked up about it but darn it, if I had to stay up all night to do it...I WAS!! 

I made this sweet little card based off Anna Wight's super cute card HERE. Now, I know my little guy is sitting off to the left a bit but you have to understand...this was my "copy/go ahead & make mistakes on this one" image. My coloring turned out pretty good on this one, my other one? Well, let's just say it looks like someone puked on him. LOLOLOL

Itty Bitty Cabin

Well, it's that time of year again where the weather starts getting cooler and in some places, it actually SNOWS. I actually miss the snow. My husband? Not so much.

I guess my dream of living in a log cabin up in Montana is out of the question unless we purchase a second home up there for the summers. We'd have to win the lottery before that happens so...I won't hold my breath for that. LOL

Anywho, all my dreaming of cabins & snow helped me design this card:

 

On the inside it says "Have Yourself a Merry Little Chritmas."

I love how small the images are & how big the card is. I was so excited when I got done with it, that I went running out to the living room to show Robert, my husband, and he asked "Is that it? Where's the rest of it?" I started laughing and promptly told him that was not the reaction I was looking for. Men...need I say more?

Trick or Treat!! No really, do you want a Treat???

I promise you, I don't have smelly feet! LOL I do have a sweet treat though, but you will have to keep reading...

So a couple of weeks ago I was on the hunt for the new holiday Divine Twine, you know, the Christmas & Halloween one? Well, every site I went to was sold out. I was totally bummed UNTIL... I ran accross Jilly Bean Kids. Oh...my...GOSH!! Talk about CUTE STUFF!! And the customer service? TO DIE FOR!! Jen, the owner, is a TOTAL SWEETHEART!!

I was able to get the Divine Twine that I was looking for plus a color I had been missing. When I rcvd my package from Jen, I noticed that I rcvd a wrong color. No biggie, I figured I would just send it back & exchange it, right? Oh no, Jen wouldn't hear of it. She sent me the correct color & told me to keep the one she sent by mistake. Are you wondering where I am going with this? Well, I have a Halloween treat to give away. A 240 yard treat of this...

I stamped the light post a few weeks ago when I was stamping with my Sister via Sykpe. I never finished my card that night but took care of it the Monday before last when I was stamping with Dana. Now my Sister? She whipped up a couple of cute cards in the short time we had our little Virtual Stamp Night. What can I say, she is ahhhh-MAZING like that! Apparently she doesn't suffer from missing MOJO like I do. LOL

I have thank you cards coming out the wah-zoo right now. It's my own darn fault, I was too lazy to go buy some & too lazy to make them. So what am I doing now? Catching up...on everything. Birthday, Thank you, Get Well, Father's Day (gasp!), Mother's Day (double gasp!) and every other stinkin' holiday you can imagine that is coming up in the near future. Whew...I am exhausted already! LOL

The little sheep looks off (colorwise) but when looking at the card in person, the color looks just right...hmmm. Not sure what to do to fix that. Maybe I need to darken him up a bit? Happy 4th of July!!!

How was your 4th? Did you do anything fun & exciting? Did you spend it BBQ'ing & lighting off fireworks? Me? Well, I did something I haven't done in FOREVER!! I stamped. All day. With my friend Dana. It was ahhhhh-MAZING! I had the best time!! (Thanks so much for making the trip over to the West Valley Dana, I loved every minute with you!!)
