It's cloudy with a chance of meatballs...

Not really. I mean, it's cloudy here but no meatballs. Unless I decide to make some for dinner. Mmmm, doesn't that sound good, meatballs? I may have to pull out some ground beef or turkey & whip some up. 

Random thought here but did I tell you I started back on my low carb diet? I did. I am doing pretty good. I lost 6lbs in my first week & exercised twice. Twice, you say? Well, twice is better (& more) than what I have been doing! Baby steps people, baby steps!

I've also been taking the girls (Molly, Bailey & Libby) for a walk in the evening & picking up the mail. It's only a 15 min walk, but, it IS a walk. Whoop, whoop!

Okay, enough about my diet & meatballs, let's get to the meat of the post & get a card up, shall we?

I made this card for my sister in law. Her birthday was the beginning of January and I still have the card sitting on my desk in my office. OOPS! I should make it a point to get it out in the mail on Monday, what do you think? Okay, okay, I will get it sent out. LOL

Weight Loss Week in Review #2

Well, well, well...here we are again! Ü

This week:

- I ate healthy every day with the exception of a burrito (that was absolutely delicious) on Tuesday and some tortilla chips yesterday!! WOOT! WOOT!

- I excercised every day except for Wednesday but that is only because I got home so late...WHAN!

- I still lost, get this...another 2 lbs! OH YEAH!!

That's right folks, I am DOWN 4 lbs! Think of 4 lbs of butter..do you have that picture in your head? THAT, my friends, is how much weight I have LOST!! (and I don't want to ever find it or have it FIND me again!!)
