That's not a Forever stamp, that's why they are requiring more postage ;)
Just a plain ol' $.41.

That is NOT a forever stamp. they have to say the word forever on it. I have all sorts of odd stamps floating about and get confused too. I went to the PO site and this is what it needs to say.

the stamps with no price are issued when there is a price increase but they don't know how much will be increased by.the forever stamps are sold at whatever is the prevailing price, so I got some at 40, 41 and 42. I just bought two more rolls and hope I never have to buy anymore.

hey, IMO, if it doesn't have the price on it, it should be the going rate...hence it should be treated as the forever stamp.

Great job with the 3rd card! Love the cuttlebug background. It gives it texture and interest but doesn't draw your eye away from the little birdie. The large scallops and ribbon are the perfect added touch!

I really love the way you colored the owl. Great use of the cakestand/snowglobe/bowl stamp too.
